Recent Gr.2 July Stakes winner Libranno has been rated 113 by Timeform making him the third best two-year-old in Europe.

The Gr.2 Coventry Stakes winner Strong Suit (by Rahy) heads the list with Shamardal colt Dunboyne Express in second spot just ahead of Libranno.

The Librettist colt is from the first crop of the Darley owned Westbury Stud shuttler who has made a flying start to his stud career in the Northern Hemisphere.

Librettist sits third on the European first season sires list behind Iffraaj and Holy Roman Emperor with considerably less runners than this pair and hosts the best winners to starters strike rate.

The dual group one winning miler commenced stud duties in New Zealand last season at Westbury where he served a small but select book of mares.

Among those due to foal to Librettist this spring are Gr.1 winner Aimee Jay, Gr.2 winner Dreamworks and Tavistock's half sister Over Play.

Librettist has a couple of interesting runners this weekend with Major Conquest making the step up to Listed level at Ascot on Saturday.

The John Hills trained colt is the winner of two of his four starts and was successful at the Ascot track last start on July 10.

Godolphin newcomer Auden is also set to debut over the weekend and a win would not surprise with the Mahmood Al Zarooni trained colt one of only three entries the trainer has for next month's Gr.2 Gimcrack Stakes.

Auden is half brother to the seven race winner Kirklees who contested last year's Caulfield Cup won by Viewed.

Librettist will be back in residence at Westbury on the 3rd of August and stands for $12,500 + GST with fee not payable until June 1 2011.
