Providing all conditions within the Service Contract have been met, the mare owner will receive a full cash refund should the one of the following circumstances occur:-
Should the mare die prior to foaling.
Should the mare abort or give birth to a dead foal at an approved foaling facility.
Should the live foal fail to stand and suckle within twenty-four hours of birth.
*A veterinary certificate (within the specified time of notice) must accompany any request for a refund.
