The first to sell was Lot 1021, named Bella Gioia, who sold for $360,000 to the bid of Aquis Farm. Bella Gioia was the winner of two races and ran second in the Group 1 NZ One Thousand Guineas and is a half-sister to the rising three-year-old Bella Mente (by El Roca) who was third placed in the Group 1 Manawatu Sires Produce Stakes, stakes winner Niki Piki Milo and a full sister to The Dom. Bella Gioia is due to have her first foal this year having been covered by Champion sire Savabeel in 2018.

The second daughter of Swiss Ace was Federosa who was purchased by NSW buyer Rothwell Park Thoroughbreds for $300,000, in foal to the popular Pierro. Federosa was the winner of three races and is out of Australian Group 2 winner Rose O'War with a strong second dam in Oaks winning Savana City.
